The Service provides a client-side image tool that applies visual shadows to images within your web browser. The core image processing runs locally on the user's device using HTML5 Canvas. The Service may display third-party advertising (for example Google AdSense).

3. Access and Use

• You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
• You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
• The Service is provided for personal or internal business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. User Content and Rights

You retain ownership of any images or content you process with the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses and permissions to any content you use or process, and that your use does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

6. No Warranties

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and the site owner agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.

12. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe that content available on the Service infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice containing the information required by applicable law (e.g., a DMCA takedown notice) to the designated contact below. The site owner will respond to valid take-down notices and may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights.
